Terms of Service

Tokyo Moments offers private photoshoots in Tokyo, photographed by Jannis. Five packages are available, as listed on the packages page; all prices are in US dollars.

Sessions are booked through the online calendar on the booking page, which shows live availability. Your slot is confirmed by email; the meeting point and payment details are then agreed with you directly before the shoot.

Cancellations and rescheduling are covered by our cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: more than 48 hours before your session you can cancel or reschedule free of charge; between 24 and 48 hours rescheduling is free subject to availability, while a cancellation receives a 50% refund; and less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time a cancellation is non-refundable.

Each package guarantees the minimum number of edited photographs listed above. Your photographs are delivered through a private online gallery within 5 working days of the session.

Delivered photographs come with a personal-use license: print them, share them with family and friends, and post them on your own social accounts freely. Jannis retains copyright in the images, as is standard for photography services. If you'd like to use your photographs commercially — in advertising, on a company website, or in published media — commercial licensing is available by arrangement.

Guests are responsible for their own belongings, their transport to and from the meeting point, and any entry fees along the route. Sessions take place in public spaces, and we respect the rules of every venue we pass through — where photography is restricted, the route adapts.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
