Terms of Service

Tokyo Moments offers private photoshoots in Tokyo, photographed by Jannis. Five packages are available, as listed on the packages page; all prices are in US dollars.

While our online booking setup is being finalized, every booking is confirmed personally: you tell us your dates and preferred package, and we confirm availability, the meeting point, and payment details with you directly. Your session is confirmed once we have agreed those details together.

Each package guarantees the minimum number of edited JPEG photographs listed above. Your photographs are delivered through a private online gallery within 5 working days of the session.

Delivered photographs come with a personal-use license: print them, share them with family and friends, and post them on your own social accounts freely. Jannis retains copyright in the images, as is standard for photography services. If you'd like to use your photographs commercially — in advertising, on a company website, or in published media — commercial licensing is available by arrangement.

Guests are responsible for their own belongings, their transport to and from the meeting point, and any entry fees along the route. Sessions take place in public spaces, and we respect the rules of every venue we pass through — where photography is restricted, the route adapts.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
