Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your photoshoot free of charge.

If you cancel, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

You may reschedule your photoshoot free of charge, subject to availability.

If you choose to cancel instead, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.

If a session is rescheduled within 48 hours of its original start time, the cancellation terms of the original booking continue to apply.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling within 24 hours is not guaranteed. If something unexpected happens, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help where availability allows.

Light rain does not necessarily mean your photoshoot needs to be cancelled. Reflections, umbrellas, and Tokyo's illuminated streets can create beautiful conditions for photography.

Tokyo Moments decides whether conditions are suitable for a shoot.

If weather conditions make the photoshoot impractical or unsafe — for example an approaching typhoon — rescheduling is free of charge, and if no suitable alternative can be arranged during your stay in Tokyo you will receive a full refund.

If conditions are workable, such as light rain or cloud cover, the session goes ahead as planned. In that case the standard cancellation terms above apply and rescheduling is not guaranteed.

If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

We will always do our best to make the most of the remaining time, but your session may still need to finish at the originally scheduled end time.

Late arrival does not normally extend the session or qualify for a partial refund.

If you do not arrive for your photoshoot and we are unable to reach you, the booking will be treated as a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details in your booking confirmation.

A cancellation or rescheduling request is confirmed once you receive confirmation from Tokyo Moments.
